Fellow Miners! We are back with another edition of The Echo Weekly.
We pushed back this latest post so that we could cover some highlights with the most recent P.E.E.P.O V1 launch. With that, we will recap the most recent developments in Concave, while highlighting some of the amazing contributions from the community. Now without further ado, let us get started.

Major Crypto News
Ethereum just pulled off it's final test run ahead of one of the most important events in crypto
Ethereum is moving closer to adopting a proof-of-stake model for its network, which is less energy intensive than the existing proof-of-work method.
The network ran its last dress rehearsal before the major upgrade, which is expected to take place next month.
Hackers have stolen $1.4 billion this year using crypto bridges. Here's why it is happening.
Crypto bridges, which link blockchain networks together, have become major targets for cybercriminals.
A total of around $1.4 billion has been lost to breaches on cross-chain bridges this year, according to figures from blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis.
The biggest incident was the record $615 million haul snatched from Ronin, a bridge supporting the popular nonfungible token game Axie Infinity.
Ripple Is Exploring a Buyout of Celsius' Assets
Ripple is exploring the possibility of buying Celsius' assets, according to statements from a Ripple representative.
Celsius has not publicly commented on the matter, nor is it clear whether Ripple is in discussions with Celsius.
On August 5, Ripple's lawyers filed documents that will allow the company to take part in Celsius' bankruptcy hearing.
The P.E.E.P.O V1 Launch Event
The event went off without a hitch and we had a great core of miners coming together to celebrate the launch of our much anticipated P.E.E.P.O V1 launch. Through a variety of games and contests miners were able to collect bonus SPOONs as well coveted loot boxes. With the launch of V1 our P.E.E.P.O system now enables miners to #engage2earn real rewards within these loot boxes. With stable rewards these loot boxes were a popular one to snag. For miners looking for a bit more chance, but higher rewards they could go for the gacha boxes. Throughout the event there were many fun ways to #earn2engage and those tasks included proof of engagement on a pinned Twitter post, playing games such as Gartic and Hangman and my personal favorite, a couple of runs on Marble Run live in our Twitch stream. Finally, we annointed a new Miner of the Week that we will showcase below as well as held a small AMA with the one and only kRomie to showcase the vision of P.E.E.P.O and where we want to take it in the future. P.E.E.P.O V1 is something we are all very proud of, but it would all be for nought without the dedication and skills from the man, the myth, the legend...Andy. We have a lot to appreciate and a lot to look forward to as we implement new and exciting features into the P.E.E.P.O system. Submit ideas in our Discord for what you would like to see in P.E.E.P.O. Miner of the Week
This week's Miner of the Week goes to the one and only Filo_0x. Filo_0x is is a miner that always shows up for events and contributes at a high level whenever challenged. Filo_0x is what we would call a serial tipper. Watch out because this man will reward you with SPOONs for equally contributing and having fun in the various Spoon Drop events. This is a testament to the community and the epitome of what the community should be and frankly is. We all want everyone to be rewarded for their work and we want to be recognized for that work done and Filo_0x is a miner that actively seeks that activity within the mining community and raises the bar each and every day. We definitely appreciate everything Filo_0x does for the community and look forward to further contributions in the future! Congratulations Filo_0x!
